Can I test Gladia for free?

Yes, you can sign up for our Free tier and enjoy up to 10 hours of transcription free of charge. We also offer a demo of our product that you can request by filling out this form.

Are there set up fees or hidden costs?

No, there are no setup fees or hidden cost. We're fully transparent about our pricing.

What are the billing options?

Gladia offers pay-as-you-go billing, where companies can easily monitor their usage and subscription (monthly or annual).

Can I change my pricing plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your pricing plan at any time. We understand that your business needs may evolve, and we want to provide you with the flexibility to adjust your plan accordingly. You can make changes to your plan directly from your account settings, or contact sales.

What payment methods do you accept?

We use Stripe for payment capture, accepting the main credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). Additionally, we offer alternative payment options for enterprise-level plans (bank transfers or invoicing).

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Once you cancel, you will retain access to our services until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will be downgraded to the appropriate free plan, and you will lose access to certain features exclusive to paid plans.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes! If you have large volumes of audio to transcribe, we'll be happy to discuss Enterprise tier pricing with you directly. Please contact sales for this.

What happens if I exceed the usage limit?

No problem! We offer a pay-as-you go system, which allows you to easily increase the usage limit.
