If the Visitor sends a contact email to GLADIA, it will collect his e-mail address and message to respond to his request. This information will be kept for 3 years.

If the Visitor subscribes to the Site's newsletter, GLADIA will collect his e-mail address in order to send them to him. This information will be kept for the duration of registration. The Visitor can unsubscribe from our newsletters by simply clicking on the «unsubscribe» link at the bottom of the newsletter.

The Visitor can create an account to use the GLADIA’s services. In this case, his personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, including the identification data necessary for his registration.
