We're looking for builders

The strongest applications will show an exciting use of real-time transcription — whether it's powering a live voice agent, meeting tool, or something the world hasn't seen yet. We'll prioritize teams with a working product, a clear path to scale, and the drive to turn bold ideas into real products.
Eligibility criteria
Our Startup Studio is open to early-stage startups building with voice or speech-to-text technology.
Open to US and EU-based startups developing products that use real-time transcription
Pre-seed to Series A — typically less than $20M in funding or bootstrapped.
Between 2–25 people, ideally with at least one technical founder or dedicated engineer.
Applicants must not currently hold a paid plan with Gladia.

FAQs
If I win the full year of transcription, is it limited in any way?*
The first prize includes max 150 parallel streams and 2,500 hours per month. This should give you plenty of usage to run your product at scale and ensure you have stable performance throughout.
Who can apply?
Any early-stage company or project building with real-time speech-to-text. Most applicants are pre-seed to Series A, with teams of 2–25 people actively developing or testing voice-driven products.
Do I need to have a finished product?
No — but you should have a working product, prototype, MVP, and a clear roadmap for how you'll use real-time transcription. We're looking for teams ready to experiment, iterate, and build fast.
How are winners selected?
We'll evaluate applications based on creativity, technical readiness, and real-world impact. The strongest entries will show a clear use of Gladia's real-time STT API and a vision for scaling it into something powerful.
Can I apply if I'm outside the U.S.?
Yes! The Startup Studio is open to teams worldwide. Our APIs are built for global scale, and we love seeing innovative voice products from every region.
What do winners actually receive?
Depending on placement, winners receive free real-time transcription hours, technical support, and exposure through Gladia's network — everything you need to build, test, and scale your voice AI product without limits.
Is the Startup Studio limited to this giveaway?
No, the Startup Studio will evolve into a permanent program to support startups. So, if you don't win this time, let's stay in touch.
When will winners be announced?
Application deadline is set for 26th November. Winners should be announced no later than January.
